Had a great experience with Brittany, we have been using Petsmart in the past. However I have noticed our little pumpkin not liking her hair combed anymore. Kind of specious why she is acting this way now. So I wanted to bring in a mobile pet spa. Brittany called me when she was on her way, she was very nice and gentle to pumpkin. She took her into the van and started to work on her. I want to say about a hour later the door bell rang, and there she was all exited and happy. Looked liked she had a great time with Brittany, like she made a new friend. She was all groomed, nails done, and smelled pretty. I was very happy with the service here. We will definitely continue to use Puparazzi. They were very easy to work with. Went on line and e-mailed a request, received a call back to set up a day and time. No hassles at all. The only issue, but it's not a big issue. I would have like to been inside the van to watch. I just like the open door policy.
