Polibertos is located on baseline just east of the 10. I don't know how I just recently found out about this place but it is incredibly affordable with a ton of extras. They have a full salsa bar with four different types of sauces and salsa as well as fresh cucumbers and peppers with carrots. Fresh chips keep people happy while their food is cooked. Order a combo and you get a free beverage. Hours are great... They open early and stay open very late!
