Should get 0 stars if possible. One of the "intake/ sales" persons put the keyfob (keyless vehicle) to my wife's car in someone else's vehicle, The sales person denied having the keyfob. My wife had to go all the way home to get the 2nd keyfob so she could drive her car away from the car wash. Jackson's Says this occasionally happens (really!!!) but the keyfob is usually returned within a week. Did not happen for us. Jackson's had to buy a new keyfob. Very poor at returning phone calls and cooperating. Did not even offer to comp the car wash for the significant inconvenience. Stay away.
