I like the premise of Kind Exchange but in accordance to the other reviewers there is something not working with their business model since it does not motivate the seller to return. You can't help but walk away from this experience by feeling a bit ripped off -- that you are almost doing them a favour by allowing them to reap an 80% profit off your items. The return for selling beautiful high quality authentic clothing was not even worth the trip. I was also under the impression that this store had more choice items (Bloor St.) but they essentially sell old t-shirts, tanks and skirts that I could find for WAY cheaper at a Value Village or Goodwill. In the future, I will continue to donate my clothing to charity as there is no motivation for me to help this business make a profit at my expense. I strongly recommend a higher return for items sold otherwise you'll have many people not coming back. All in all - an underwhelming experience that I won't be repeating.
