Just waited an hour for my ultrasound. They told me 3pm, I showed up at 2.30pm to get all the paperwork out of the way (and it always takes half an hour, because I have to go to reception to get one batch of paperwork, then go upstairs to Patient Accounts, then back to the reception, only THEN do I get sent in to wait for my ultrasound). I was ready and waiting at 3pm; they finally called me in at 3.55pm. The technician rushed through my scan, and then couldn't even give me any photos of the baby to take home because she couldn't get the disc drive to work.
Eh. I know it's a hospital and it's not all about customer service, but really, an HOUR wait, after I showed up on time? Add in the commute out to Roncy, and it took meTHREE hours yesterday to get a ten minute scan. That is ridiculous!
