Best Workout in Town!!! I am in the best shape of my life thanks to the AMAZING trainers Ray and Rob! It never gets boring, the interval trainings and kickboxing classes change day-to-day. They will push you to your limit and you will do things you thought impossible. I am petite at the height of only 4"11, so at first I felt initimidated, but now I am stronger than ever and I have muscles I never knew I could get. You can go at your own pace too. Its a place where they care enough to remember your name and call you out when you have not attended class for a few days!!!
