This place has soooo many issues. It's more or less a PT "mill" where patients are not given any personalized PT, just a large gym area where PT's run you thru a pre-set bunch of exercises and really give no personalized therapy. The other major issue is the check out area. For some reason, it takes forever for the check out process. Just to pay a simple co-pay, their computers seem to run very slow and a line of patients starts to form. It's just very frustrating. They definitely need to fix their check out process. Sometimes there isn't even enough room for patients to stand and it gets rather crowded. After PT, patients don't feel like standing around waiting, they are often tired or sore muscles after a PT session. Anyway, if you can avoid this place and go somewhere else, you really should do it. The staff is nice, but it's a place that needs some reorganization and not take so many patients. Oh, and the parking lot is very difficult to get in and out of also. Soooo many patients, vans, and on and on, it's sometimes hard to maneuver in there safely without hitting another car.
