I know Japanese Italian sounds strange but you just have to trust this one. I'm not a fan of uni but the uni tomato cream pasta was delicious. We also had the salmon carpaccio, octopus carpaccio, and the clams with linguine in a Japanese broth, all of which was fabulous. They do a great job keeping the flavors light and delicate. The service was really good and our waitress was great at making recommendations since we had a hard time wrapping our heads around the concept of Japanese Italian. Portions were large for a Japanese place but small for an Italian place ;) so I recommend going family-style here. My only complaint is that the place needed to turn up the air conditioning. Very casual place no need to dress up. It's small so I would suggest making reservations on weekends.
