I live 5 minutes away from this Ulta and usually come when I'm running low on any makeup product. They are usually very nice and helpful but today was a complete mess. I walk in and go straight to the brand I usually use but my skin did get lighter since I stopped working at the pool in August. I was looking around to see if anyone was able to help me color match my foundation. There was a group of 4 assistants gossiping away. I approached them and they all just stared at me and didn't even ask if I needed help they stared for few seconds before I asked if I can get color matched and they all looked like they didn't want to help me at all. One of them said she'd help me and the minute I turned around to show her what brand they all laughed and talked underneath their breath. I don't get what makes these bitches think they are so fucking special to just talk shit and laugh at people.
Anyways, we get to the foundation rack and I told her what shade I used to be and would like something lighter with yellow undertones and she just grunts. She's putting different shades on my cheek and all she says is "i don't like any of these but I think this is the right shade for you" and that shit was orange as fuck. It was 3 shades darker. I was like seriously. I could've picked that in my own but I came to you for assistance. She just said it's up to you I guess and ended up just leaving with a different brand. These bitches are no help but feel they are all bad for working here. I wont be coming back
