We stopped in here for drinks and appetizers one evening when in Charlotte for a wedding. The interior is really beautiful, very well decorated. We bellied up to the bar and asked the bartender what would be quick food wise and ordered a couple drinks. The bartender seemed harried and gave us a couple suggestions.
We ordered the black bean hummus, yuck, it's really bad. I think we didn't look at the description clearly, we just saw hummus so we ordered it. Hummus shouldn't be made from black beans. Very bland, we didn't eat it, to their credit they took it off our bill.
I had a wedge salad, which was fine, the lettuce was crisp, flavors tasty.
We had to catch our server multiple times to ask for silverware, napkins etc. I think they were just generally overwhelmed but I don't think I would go back.
