YES to everything about this cinema!!! From the moment you walk in until the moment you leave there is great customer service. To top that, there is a bar area. Not. Even. Kidding. The concession stand has nice offerings with napkins and those kind of things offered around the corner at another section. It's very cool how you get to pick the exact seats you want. We got to the movie late and the only two seats left were front row. We took them but after seeing them asked if we could trade the tickets for a later movie. They exchanged them for us with no problems. When it came time for the movie we settled into our big leather recliners and enjoyed our popcorn and drinks. It's kind of like meshing your home viewing experience with the theater experience. Very cool! Everyone enjoyed themselves.
