I called in to ask for pricing prior to coming in. And when I walked in and chose a color I was asked to get started on my mani. The lady took a whole hour and half just to clean up my cuticles and shape nails! (Usually I get a mani and it takes an hour including the nail drying process) she started painting my nails and she did ok. Then when she was done she turned on a tiny fan and told me to wait for dry. After 10 mins she turned it off and said ok all done! I was charged more than what I was told over the phone, the excuse was we have new management. Smh anyway, usually I am showed to sit and have my hands under a light to dry. So I went home as soon as I got home I looked at my nails and the color was smudged down the nail. I went back and the manager wouldn't give me a refund unless I demanded it. He gave me only half and told me to never come back. Don't waste your time coming here.
