I'm a recent switcher from VZ. In early January, I visited another T-mobile store and was told that my first payment would be the end of February - so I switched. You can imagine how shocked I was when I got a text stating my first payment was due January 23. I went back to the original store and they were no help at the time. Only offering to push my January payment into February then paying double in February. The Manager there explained that I was misinformed and that T-mobile bills at the beginning of the cycle not the end. I left that store dissatisfied. After a few days, I went to this T-mobile store and explained my situation to the Manager Bryan. I told him I felt duped into switching to T-mobile. He actually listened and took my complaint seriously. He made several calls even contacting another Manager at the original store. They were able to fix the problem even getting a follow up call from the manager of the original store and Bryan called me to confirm the issue had been fixed. That's Customer satisfaction! Hats off to the Manager Bryan and his wonderful team.
