I was in the men's suit department and there really is no customer service. I wanted some one to measure my grandson's neck for a dress shirt but was told I'd have to line up at the cash to get that done.
The two women staff were rude and abrupt and told me to look for myself when I asked for something. I did manage to find what I wanted and the price was great but the over all experience left me cold.
The older man at the cash (mid-50's) was doing his best to keep a cheerful disposition but the other staff kept pushing into his work area and were obviously rude to him. The whole place probably needs a redesign.
On a positive note I got the batteries replaced in 4 watches by a very efficient, pleasant and helpful man in the jewelry department.
