My A/C went out on a Saturday afternoon in the middle of 110 deg heat wave. When I called the on-call technician he was very courteous and thought ahead to see what kind of motor was in my outdoor unit fan to make sure he had one in the work truck before heading to my house. The mechanic gave me a fair appraisal of the situation and didn't try to upsell me. He ended up replacing the fan motor and threw in a capacitor for the fan and compressor with no extra cost. He stuck around after the unit was up and running to check all the amp draws before he left. Very good work, I would definitely call them again.
