Yesterday I placed a to go order at this location, not only was the person who answered rude and condescending, we waited over 30 minutes for our order we phoned in. Then the order was incorrect and cold. Also even tho we asked for it, we received zero salsa. When I called to speak to the manager I was told he was too busy to come to the phone and to call back in an hour. I asked a second time and was told the same. I did call back in an hour and spoke to the manager. He couldn't have cared less that we had a less than stellar experience, or that his staff was rude, or that our order was wrong, or that we waited for half an hour.
I have been eating at this location for over 20 years, and although i no longer live in this neighborhood, take the opportunity to visit when I am near. No more, I get better service at a filiberto's. I will not be visiting this location again.
