Yesterday, I walked into this Big Five Sporting Goods store to buy a Bolsu (exercise) Ball. I was immediately met with a beautiful smile belonging to Vanessa. Before she had a chance to say anything, I quickly asked her if she could help me. She stayed with me throughout my entire visit; helped me select the item I wanted, and then checked me out at the register. I continue to be very impressed with the employees that help customers in this store. I will definitely return in the future. Thank you again, Vanessa.
