If there was a .5 star, this is what they would get. My appointment was set for the 4th. They called me and asked if I'd like to reschedule my missed appointment. I told her my appointment has not yet occurred. She confirmed my appointment was the 4th. I get a reminder via phone the day before as well as two reminder emails. I get there on the 4th and they tell me my appointment was cancelled and they left a message. I never receiced a cancellation viicemail. I showed her where i recieved two reminder emails the day before. The dr I was supposed to see had an emergency but there is a dr there who takes cash only would I like to see him. I asked whey the hell would I pay cash to a dr I was not schedule to see when I have insurance. Does that even make any sense? I told her this place was a joke and their heads were up their butts and walked out. Oh, and this place is filled with people who look like they are in prison.
