I patronized this business once before over 6 months ago and the service was good, so when I saw Sexy 3D Extensions on Groupon I read through the terms & conditions to see if I could purchase the Groupon as I was a precious customer and in the terms it said the Groupon can be repurchased every 90 days. When I got to my appointment I showed her the Groupon I purchased and she quickly stated since I'm a returning customer I couldn't use the Groupon because she created her own "contract" where it states "for new customers only". I don't remember having to sign that so I asked her to furnish a copy of the contract in which she pulls out a huge stack and did NOT have a contract for me.
At this point as a responsible and honest business owner she should have adhered to the terms & conditions she agreed to as stated on Groupon. Instead she tries to be deceiving to the rules stated per her contract and tells me to cancel the Groupon and I can just pay her what I paid Groupon. I advised her of the price I paid and she immediately turned down service saying she couldn't match that. Well instead of offering that as an option she should have asked the price first, or honored it since it was her idea straight out of her mouth!!
Extremely dishonest and trying to cheat her agreement with Groupon who I contacted immediately after leaving. They also stated that she is not to have a separate contract regarding Groupon that doesn't match the terms & conditions that are set forth and publicly displayed for their customers!
What a waste of time!!
