I feel as if people are only writing reviews here because they had a bad experience or were upset over their flights, seems that the people who actually enjoyed their stay didn't take time out to write reviews. But any ways, I stay here all the time during my travel to Charlotte, the staff is super friendly, the rooms are nice; and the lobby renovations look amazing. Whoever designed it did an absolutely wonderful job considering what they had to work with. Great job guys, keep up the good work!
