I love the service at Klaben, largely in part due to Kim Wolfram. I always deal directly with Kim every time I go to Klaben (which is at least every 6 months for oil changes/maintenance). Kim is extremely knowledgable and helpful, and she always goes the extra mile to make sure I have the best deal and/or any information I need. The ONLY reason I didn't give 5 stars is because if you drop your vehicle off for service, it usually takes about 20 mins, which is frustrating when you have a ride waiting for you for that long.
