Let me start by saying I typically LOVE Einstein... usually when you pay $10 for 2 bagels you love what you've gotten and they're hot. This time, this was totally not the case. My first visit to this location: cheese on my egg and cheese wasn't even remotely melted, my egg was cold and the bagel itself wasn't even remotely warm. I literally drove directly across the street to blue diamond crossing to sports clips. No reason my food should or would be cold after a 1-1.5 minute drive across the street.
