If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Do yourself a favor, and go anywhere else. I have used Cellaris in the past for screen repair at a different location, and left very satisfied. Sadly, this particular location is not up to par with the rest. Poor customer service and incompetent technicians. I brought my iPhone 5s in for a simple screen repair. After $85, and 3 hours in the hands of the technicians, I left with a phone that no longer vibrated, rang, produced sound, connected to service, or charged, and with a home button that no longer worked. After demanding the phone be fixed or my money refunded, the owner very rudely declined, stating that he needed more time to fix the problems that THEY CAUSED. I refused to let them touch my phone again. Chalked it up as a loss. I recommend FastRepair on the upper level near the food court- as their slogan says, they "do it right" and they do it fast. Very respectful, helpful, and prices are comparable.
