Worst apartment complex you could get in Tempe especially for the cost. They lied about what the complex was going to be and look like. Our lights in our apartment do not work. Filthy carpeting in the hall, filthy elevators, filthy parking garage, small rooms, windows that barely open, cheap appliances, no parking spaces for the people that pay for parking passes, lights do not work, random power outages, slow and inconsistent internet connection, and worst of them all is the random water shutoffs. I will admit this time they gave a notice and said it will be shutoff between 12-5 am. It is now 12 pm and there is still no water. Unacceptable.
Management will not talk to you about any issues. Every review that The Rise comments on is please contact us so we can improve. You can't even talk to them. There is no guest parking, so hopefully you do not have any friends. They promised floor to ceiling windows in every unit, but they changed the wordage on the website on move in day to avoid law suits.
There are students dorms on campus that are nicer such as Manzanita, Tooker, Barret, Villas, and Vista.
The only purpose is for the Rise to make money by their false advertising and paid yelp/google reviews. DO NOT LIVE HERE, YOU'LL REGRET IT.
