I am a real estate agent in Boston looking to find a place in Pgh for September to start grad school. When I called on an apartment to get some information and to find out what the market is like, the person answering the phone seemed like they wanted nothing to do with me. Further, when I asked for some links to apartments she said, rather abruptly, that everything they have is on craigslist and i should just enter the phone number.
Dear Lobos, nothing makes a hot lead go cold quicker than inconsideration. As an agent, I have definitely had my flubs, but I do take contact information and send links of apartments to all of my clients. The difference is $0 or thousands of dollars.
