I came here to get my bike fixed after getting into a little collision with a friend who was avoiding an older lady who came into oncoming bike traffic. My front wheel collided with her back wheel, causing my wheel to be bent a bit. i don't know the parts of bikes so I explained it as best as I could and thankfully the mechanic understood.
There were quite a few bikes in the shop so they do get busy here. I came in towards the end of day so I left the bike with them and picked it up the next day after work. The wheel was straightened and they also helped me adjust one of the fenders which was sticking out a bit too much.
The staff is very pleasant from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave. It's also right in my neighbourhood so it's quite convenient. Definitely my go-to spot for all things bikes!
