We came here about 10 till 6 on a Friday evening to fix a flat... 5 minute job! I understand they want to go home its Friday they wanted to keep my tire over night because their staff was working straight through the day. The service is free and that's why they're getting 2 stars but this isn't the way to take care of your customers free service or not. I wasn't expecting a free service I was ready and more than willing to pay. We took our business across the street to Ted Wiens Firestone shop was just as busy and closed at 6 and the gentlemen were eager to fix my tire. Needless to say I paid $20 for the flat tire but, I guess you have to pay for customer service, convenience and a 5 minute job. Too bad this company lost our business because we won't be returning.
