While the amenities at this apartment complex are alluring, as a potential resident, there were too many detracting factors for this to become a serious consideration in my apartment hunt.
The service provided by the leasing office was consistently poor and rude. Not only do they make every step of signing a lease a conplete headache, but then as a resident there is a consistently haughty attitude that gives the impression that employees of the community are allowed to run roughshod over residents. The final straw was observing how poorly enforced community rules are and the inconsistent logic that the employees claim to adhere to in enforcing those rules.
When it comes down to it, how often are you going to use a communal hot tub versus how often will you have to interact with staff that believes they are better than you?
