This is the second time I got upset with this store regarding their prices. The guy working here did not tell me the fees to re-print my 8 pages forms. The first print out was a mistake because it printed double sided making it 4 pages. I mentioned to him I need 8 individual copies. So he reprinted them again without telling me that he will charge me $10 for using the computer for 3 minutes, for printing on mistake by their own and the reprinting.In the end, he blamed me that I should have checked the settings of the printer and read the sign in the wall that prints by mistake must be paid too. If it's my mistake, I will admit and pay for it but then again,... never mind! I don't have time to argue. I just paid him and it will be the last time.
The first time, I was returning 3 items from amazon and he wants me to buy boxes for each. I said No...no... and he kept explaining That each returns be in different box.. Excuse you, I don't have too. I have returned items to amazon before and I have used the same box for no matter how many items. He seem annoyed that I went my way.
Sorry.. I will just do my business somewhere else. Will never be back here. I had enough of their ridiculous fees without your consent.
