On 12/14/16 I completed an online reservation form for a bounce house from this company. The bounce house was supposed to be delivered on 1/21/17 between 7:00am and 11:30am. The company did not show up to deliever the bounce house and I called the company around 1200pm to see what was going on. They said they knew it was supposed to be delievered and would be calling their driver to see what was going on and then calling me back. At 1:30pm I called the company back again and their phone message said the company was closed for the day. They never showed up to deliever the bounce house and never called back. They proceeded to charge us for the bounce house the full price and the deposit.
