They advertise they have Digital key check in..but they actually dont . so when you check in you get accused of fraud and have to supply ID and another credit card..Shameful. The manager even came out and started to argue with me. I asked why do you have Digital check in if you don't actually offer it. She said we check because of fraud. I thought this was a Hilton policy?? Maybe the owner should rething his alliance to Hilton if they are going to treat their customers like thieves!
