Disappointed enough to write this review in the parking lot. My 5yr old had a rough night, bumped his head falling out of bead went to the ER, the whole deal. I thought we would take a trip and get a lego set for him since he stayed home today. I saw that they had a free captain america figure with all lego purchases over $30. Went down, spent my $, and no figure because I priced match. The supervisor came up, said thats the way it is. I pointed out the sign did not say anything about details, or qualifications. I asked where that was written? He very dryly told me "one or the other". I didn't feel like debating, and he obviously didn't value me enough to honor the sign. I made my $90 purchase, anf I bought the $3 toy that was supposed to be included as well. Im more disappointed in the way the supervisor spoke to me, than the fact that he didn't want to honor the signage and include the $3 toy. The only reason I gave 2 stars is that the cashier seemed genuinely nice, and the person I spoke to on the phone, was pleasant and offered to put the product on hd when I called to check availability. Without the associates solid customer service this would be a.1 star visit.
