Always a slow and larthargic response on trying to make purchases. I tried to order business cards, brochures, and other promotional items. Was told only one individual could help...called them many times and was told I would get proofs and estimates same if not next day. Took almost a week and by that time I got tired of waiting around I purchased the items online for literally a third of the price! After I already made the purchase; finally got an estimate not even a proof!
It's just unbelievable how they approach repeat business and customers in general. Printing is become a dying breed, so you'd think they would embrace responsiveness. Sadly, I won't waste my time with them anymore!
