WATCH - OUT - FOR - THIS - PLACE!!!! Hygienist told me I needed scaling and root planning (a $1,000 procedure), then frequent check ups every 3 months after that for two years.
I was skeptical of this, and I went to **TWO** other dentists to get a 2nd opinion, and each dentist told me I WAS NO WHERE CLOSE TO NEEDING SCALING AND ROOT PLANNING. SW Dental tried scamming me out of $1,000 + costs for the unnecessary checkups every 3 months.
I was suspicious the hygienist was lying, you can tell when people are, and sure enough it was confirmed with other dentists. DO NOT GO HERE, absolutely horrible.
Also, I had to wait 45 extra minutes in the lobby after my appointment time, to finally be brought back, and put through a scam attempt of around $2,000 total (factoring in the costs of the bogus unnecessary extra appts). Luckily I did not fall for it, and the other dentists all told me that "SW Dental is known for this type of fraudulent behavior". Just look at all the other horrible 1 star reviews they have, gotta wonder if the few and infrequent 5-star reviews are fake and written by SW dental themselves.
Think twice about going here.
