Jeff called me with a quote after I submitted a request to 4 companies on line, within 5 minutes. No pressure and what I considered a fair price. I needed a spring replaced on my garage door. I'm not one to jump at the first quote and told him I'd call him back. But the other companies wanted to come out for a free estimate, blah, blah blah....
