Worst experience ever. Ric, the PT manager is very unprofessional. He's a creep who likes to look you over and talk about how good you look or how athletes look. I requested a callback from him regarding my PT membership a month ago. He called me back almost a week later and told me that I had to cancel in person. He called me, and I verified that I was indeed the person he was looking for. But he couldn't cancel over the phone because "I can't be sure that it's in fact you". Never told me that I even needed 30 day cancellation notice either. I've had surgery, work full-time, and go to school full-time now and have not been able to stop by the location to cancel. When I did stop by today, was told that I would be charge 2 more times before they stop taking money out of my account. What crooks. He knew that I wanted to cancel my membership for more than a month and now is saying that he needs a 30 day notice? Bullshit. Really sad that they hired Ric and replaced Brandon because he was great at explaining everything. Ric is a total creep and completely unprofessional. Shame because the trainers and the front staff are great. Just constricted by bullshit rules.
