This is THE place for perfectly priced hard to find fabrics. It's a simple unassuming shop in a strip center with only a sign "FABRIC " above the door. Do t let it stop you from going in.
They have an awesome eclectic selection of frantic for every type of project. There selection makes Joann look like a joke. Prices are super reasonable and many bolts are on sale. Don't expect any designer fabric here. They have a lot of spandex style fabrics (think dance, swim, and skate).
They have ribbon, buttons, hooks, needles, etc. , but I'd say they specialize in fabric. The sweet older lady that runs the place on weekends is a hoot. Don't mind her cross stitching while you browse. She'll help if you ask, but won't offer.
This is my fav fabric shop and anyone looking for something straight forward to unique should check here first.
