If your standard for Chicken and Waffles in Cleveland is Phil the Fire, then you will likely be a touch disappointed with Chicago's Home. If you're willing to give them a pass on a flavorful, but somewhat spongy waffle, then this could be your replacement. The chicken is excellent, the catfish is crispy on the outside and moist inside and the collard greens are great. Sweet mashed yams are likewise very good, but the Mac-n-Cheese is somewhat flat and uneventful.
