Paul and JB Supply are Amazing!! In May I travelled to Las Vegas for a bowling tournament and my hotel was unable to locate my bowling equipment. After a few phone calls I was directed to JB Bowling Supply. Within an hour I had 3 new balls drilled to perfection along with all of the supplies I needed to compete in my tournament. I returned home to Chicago only wanting to use my new equipment. My husband recently recommended a new ball for my arsenal but I only wanted it under one condition...that it be drilled by Paul at JB Supply. Paul even recommended another ball that everyone keeps asking me "where did you get that ball?" I was confident enough that we could place an order over the phone and have them drilled and shipped to me. Guess what! They were perfect! This place has great customer service and are wonderful at their craft.
