Mike is fantastic. He is helpful, fair, and honest. The first time he came to my home to look at my pool (right after I purchased the home), he found a bucket of chlorine tablets at my house. Upon opening it, Chlorine gas came out (which can be quite dangerous). He took the bucket away. What I did not expect was the following month, I received a discount on my pool service. When I asked why, Mike said it was because he was able to salvage some of the chlorine tablets and wanted to credit me for the materials, something that he did not have to do (and I would not have even known about). He always makes himself available to make sure my pool is in good condition for summer pool parties and helps with honest suggestions about the health of my pool. When I purchased the home, I had a pool filter that was far too small for the pool itself. He helped me find a new pool filter, and gave me a great price on the pool filter (lower than Amazon.com, for the same pool filter, installed). All in all, you couldnt find a better pool maintenance pro in the valley.
