Kimbra was great! She was personable and professional. I liked that it is a smaller spa and the prices are very affordable. I already made my next appt. She didn't try to sell me a million products (I hate that!) but let me know what would help my skin without being pushy. She also was very attuned to my pain when waxing. I've had waxing people just rip rip rip and she asked me how I was doing and was conscientious. Definitely would recommend!
