First time here, made an appointment for my son at 6:30pm and arrived about 12 minutes early. There were three stylists working and at about 6:24 they all took people ahead of us. They either overbooked or took walk-ins ahead of an appointment, what's the point of making an appointment if you're treated as a walk-in? Won't return.
