Although the serviceman, Carl, was running late due to a previous engagement, he was courteous to let me know "ahead" of our appointment, the reason why, and apologized.
Even though I wasn't home (my wife was), Carl communicated with me about the diagnostic, what he found, what would be required to fix it, and in-detail.
