I was in the area so I figured I'd get a fill on my acrylic nails with gel polish. I saw the pricing chart on the wall and saw that a full set with gel us 40 so I figured a fill would be slightly less. I wouldn't even mind paying the full 40 for the fill and gel polish as I usually do at my regular nail place. The 15 minute wait turned into almost an hour and the actual service was rushed. I have 3 coated of polish on one hand and 2 on the other. To make the experience even worse the lady asked me how much I was going to tip before even charging my card. I ended up paying 45 for a mediocre set of nails not including the tip. When I asked the lady why so much she said "don't worry I give you fill with gel for 30 next time" this is unacceptable to overcharge your customers and tell them not to worry about it, expecting them to come back. How am I going to be charged only 30 next time when she probably won't remember who I am.
