Overall super friendly customer service, but slightly disappointed in their selection of dresses. While they offered great options on alterations and colour choice for grad and prom dresses, the materials didn't seem all the great, and the styles you could try on ran quite big for a person with a petite body shape. I found this made it hard to visualize how the dress would end up looking. (Obviously this is a personal complaint, and something that's kind of illogical when ordering a dress)
As for selection, most of the dresses were plain and conservative (in my opinion) and there were few dresses that offered unique beading and sparkle.
It all truly depends on how much you wish to spend on a dress, as all the dresses here were affordable, but lacked the unique quality I was personally searching for. If you want to book an appointment, I phoned, and their customer service makes it pretty easy and efficient.
