I had a great buying experience here, my only issue was the salesman gave me some wrong information about my car so when I thought I had certain features that I did not have I wasn't so happy. But he did not pressure us into spending more money however I would have to get the features I thought I was getting, But love my 2013 XTS. And he was a great guy.
Service was okay when I brought in my 2013 for its first maintenance. I can't say it was awesome, It looked as if the guys in the service department were not wanting to make eye contact and it took awhile to get someone to help me and that was after I had called in to make an appointment. I think the one guy that did acknowledge me was parking the vehicles...
I will come back here, I will remember to do my own research prior to picking a vehicle.
Oh and be careful of financing with Ally Bank. Descent rates but when you call in you get customer service in the Philippines...so you may want to go with your own financing.
