I originally called his company via home advisor. The estimator came out on the scheduled date and time specified. They provided a relatively competitive pricing for the roof repair(fix the flashing on the house and roof touch-ups). I decided to move forward with the company. I had scheduled out the repair two weeks after my estimate. On the repair day, no one showed up at my residence. I called in a nd spoke to Dani, their secretary. She reached out to the repair team and supposedly, they never had me on the schedule. Dani went ahead coordinate my next appointment for today, early morning. No one showed up. I called Dani again, and for some reason, the schedule was changed for the evening for me and I was never notified. Unfortunately that time did not work for me. Since there were 2 hiccups already, I decided to cancel my repair with this company. Im giving Rhino Roofing 2 stars instead of 1, the lowest, because Dani, their secretary, was super nice and tried her best every time I called in.
