I went to the One Direction concert in September and never got around to reviewing the venue. Overall, I really liked it. There were plenty of bathrooms, which is something that I feel many venues lack. That right there was enough to make me a happy camper- no 15 minute wait for a dirty stall! They had the perfect amount of employees present. There was always someone to help with directions (I'm hopeless at finding my way around), but there weren't so many that you can't move. They did a great job of moving the crowds and the place was kept pretty clean the whole time. The parking lot is enormous and confusing, and I think there needs to be more signage than just the huge numbers outside different entrances. I was really happy with my experience, and I can't wait until next year!
