Rude staff and crappy food.
We ordered through GrubHub, after over an hour long wait, our order was delivered incomplete. When we called Stacy's to ask about the missing food, they were rude and eventually passed me around to another individual who was combative, and told me to take it up with GrubHub. So, we contacted GrubHub, who reimbursed us for the missing items even though Stacy's continued to refuse responsibility when they were contacted by GrubHub.
The food we did receive was not great.
The "Big Deal Burger" was missing the coleslaw and brisket, and had a ton of what tasted like cheap bottled BBQ sauce. The fried pickles were over breaded and soggy, the potato salad was bland and the fried chicken had zero seasoning. Their "Texas Toast" is really just greasy, thin oat bread.
