If you are looking for a fairly priced, large apartment in Mesa, you might stumble across the Moorings and think you struck gold. For the price, they are nice apartments. The problem is, the management is HORRIBLE! They refuse to enforce any of their own rules, do not answer tenant complaints and have an all around disregard for the people who pay their salaries. Some of the girls in the leasing office are friendly and some try to be helpful, but there is not much they can do when they work under such a worthless manager. Save yourself the trouble and find another place to rent. Unless of course, you enjoy living amongst roaches and pitbulls that are off leash, white trash, I swear we had a neighbor who sold meth out of his apt at one point. This place is foul. It's a common place for dumpster divers who like to steal identities. The security is a joke, as is the maintenance. Yeah, it's just plain horrible. The manager Michelle is worthless. Like, legitimately worthless when it comes to customer service.
